For orders shipping to the UK, we offer a standard delivery time of 3-5 business days. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping on all orders over £49. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship to the UK and US. For international inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Simply contact us at info@iqlat.com and we will arrange for a return shipping label to be provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. For guaranteed delivery, we recommend selecting shipping options with tracking and insurance.
