Refunds or exchanges are available if:

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items that have been worn, damaged due to misuse, or altered are not eligible for a refund.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Return Process:

Our team will provide you with a return shipping label if the return is due to a defect or shipping error. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same return process outlined above. We will send you a replacement item after receiving the original product.
